Holiday Returns/Refund Policy
Purchases made November 13, 2020 through January 2. 2021 have an extended return period through January 16, 2021. Except lip care products. There's no returns/refunds on lip care items due to hygiene reasons.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. However you can also check your order status here.
I can't cancel or change an order once it has shipped. When you receive it you will be able to return the order if you'd like to.
To me it's so important you're happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. More info on returns here .
The billing address provided must match the information currently on file with your bank. If you feel there's an error, I recommend getting in contact with your bank or rechecking the information entered in the required fields.
Reach out to me at email@example.com as soon as possible. I'll make every effort to change the address information as long as your order has not been shipped.
To add a discount code you need to go to the checkout page. At the top left you'll see a cart, click it & type in your code.
I use USPS to ship all my packages.
